As previously advised, it is disappointing we had to cancel the 2021 Canberra trip, however the developing situation with COVID-19, left us with no other option.
Following negotiations with our various suppliers I am pleased to advise we can refund the amount paid in full less $40.00 of the $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
Attached is a REFUND FORM which needs to be returned in order to process the refund.

4. Save the completed form as a PDF
5. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Forms will be processed in order of receipt.
Given the number of refunds to process, we aim to complete the refund process by the end of term.
